Welcome to Snackies with Jackie! This page is inspired by my journey both as a first-time twin mom and a heart warrior mom.  My beautiful twins, Savannah and Jack, are silly and sweet, and have completely changed my life.  Jack was born with a heart defect called Tricuspid Atresia.  While navigating through this new chapter of my life, I couldn't help but notice there aren't that many of us twin moms with a heart baby.  Join me as I post about the joys and struggles of being a heart baby twin mom!
